The only way costs will change is if you make adjustments or upgrades, or if unforeseen work must be completed.
Many remodelers in the industry give you an estimate, but bear in mind that because no real design, architectural drawings or material specifications and selections have been made, that amount is subject to change – and in most cases it does! As a simple example of this, let’s say that a remodeler is putting in a new sink. If you have not worked out the brand and specifications of the sink before hand, and the remodeler has not fully planned out how it will be tied in your plumbing, you might end up with a sink from the clearance rack at Wal-Mart that drains to nowhere!
We also suggest that you prioritize your needs, so that we can help keep your budget in check. Walk around your house and look at what you would like done, but decide what is most important to you.
