Over the years, the term customer service has spurred a variety of definitions. For some, it simply means following through on commitments. For others, however, the term has a much more personal meaning. At RIGGS Company & Design, we gravitate towards the latter, going beyond the call of duty… every time.
Recently, we began construction on a large-scale outdoor remodeling project for a local St. Louis business. Due to the scope of the project, we had to take out all of the asphalt within the space, forcing us to remove the only ADA access ramp to the building.
To help accommodate the one wheelchair user, we have installed a temporary ramp to the building. Every morning, we install the ramp at 7:30am, remove it once the person has entered the building, and then set it back up around 4:30pm so they may leave for the evening. We will continue to do this every single day until the project is complete.
While we do take pride in our craftsmanship, we take even greater pride in our commitment to serving our clients. Through our proactive approach to the design process and our pledge to our clients, we are able to ensure that the experience is pleasant for everyone involved.
